The purpose of this research is to identify the actual landscape of sexual violence and policy needs and propose policies aligned with local characteristics. By investigating the understanding, experiences, and awareness of systems or policies related to sexual violence, the aim is to pinpoint actual policy requirements, serving as a foundation for policy development. Based on the research's outcomes, suggestions include enhancing awareness and prevention efforts regarding sexual violence, establishing and reinforcing a responsive system to address sexual violence, expanding psychotherapeutic and financial support for victims, strengthening victim support systems such as deposition assistants and public defenders, and broadening correctional and treatment programs for perpetrators.
