Identifying the policy needs of Jeju people is crucial for establishing effective policies. However, there has been a deficiency in researching women's policies in Jeju. Recognizing this gap, a survey was conducted among 1,000 adults aged 20-64 residing in Jeju Island to investigate the demand for women's policies. The findings led to the proposal of 1) three policy tasks related to general gender equality and women's policies, 2) 5 policy tasks associated with supporting women's economic activities, 3) 4 policy tasks focusing on supporting work-family balance, 4) two policy tasks related to supporting childcare, and 5) two policy tasks addressing community safety.
