The purpose of this study is to explore policy tasks for female farmers in Jeju to cope with the changing agricultural environment, and to review changes and issues in the agricultural environment, to review the characteristics of farming in Jeju and policies for female farmers, to conduct a survey on the status of female farmers, and to provide expert advice. In an era where the paradigm of agriculture is changing amid the trend of regionalization of agriculture, digitalization of agriculture, and the climate crisis, the direction of Jeju's policy for female farmers is ① improvement of the basic system for strengthening the status of female farmers, ② strengthening professionalism of female farmers, and ③ expanding the role of female farmers in the region. Policy tasks include △ creation of a women-friendly agricultural work environment, △ strengthening health and safety, △ support for upgrading direct trade and processing and sales capabilities, △ support for organizing the social economy, △ vitalization of the use of resources owned by female farmers, and △ strengthening governance and cooperation systems, and 17 detailed tasks.
