In order to understand the recurrence of child abuse at home in Jeju, 10 policy tasks were proposed in four areas: the National Statistical Office's data, related laws and ordinances, the analysis of related policies, and in-depth interviews with 25 related field experts. The number of cases of child abuse in Jeju decreased and the number of cases of child re-abuse increased. Among the children affected by the university, there were many girls, many adolescent children, and many parents were the perpetrators. In order to improve this, including the lack of awareness of child abuse by the perpetrators, the refusal to treat the perpetrators of mental illness and alcoholism, the government proposed 10 policy tasks in four areas: strengthening the awareness of child abuse against parents and children, improving the blind spot of child re-abuse victims, improving the working conditions of counselors to strengthen the quality of follow-up management, and improving the system to prevent the recurrence of child abuse.
