In order to find ways to revitalize the operation of youth cultural centers in Jeju, we analyze the operation status of 25 youth cultural centers in Jeju and investigate cases of five excellent operating institutions outside the province. In addition, the survey data on the perception of youth and youth leaders about youth activities of the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province Youth Activity Promotion Center are analyzed in the second round, and FGI and advisory meetings are held for youth culture center workers and youth experts.

Based on the above results, 13 detailed tasks were proposed in five areas, including establishing an institutional foundation, improving infrastructure and operating systems to future youth spaces, developing and operating consumer-oriented programs, strengthening local resources and supporting workers' capacity and prevention of burnout.
