Research

This research aimed to develop a plan for the establishment and operation of gender governance. The findings suggest encouraging the involvement of civil society organizations and residents in the province through the enactment of ordinances, supporting the activities of small groups dedicated to building gender equality capacity, and securing collaboration and support from specialized organizations. The establishment and operation of governance necessitate active participation from governmental bodies, the parliament, women's organizations, experts, and research institutes. This research proposes measures for operation of governance including systematically laying the institutional groundwork, outlining the roles of participating entities, and structuring the operation of governance along with its subcommittees.
