Research
This research examines the current status of women's vocational training in Jeju and proposes support measures to address challenges faced by vocational training institutions for women in response to the changing social environment. The examination includes an overview of the current status, programs, and outcomes of women's vocational training at institutions in Jeju. Surveys of women's vocational training workers and participants provide insights into their experiences in operating and participating in vocational training as well as their policy needs. The proposed support measures based on the research findings include provision of equipment, infrastructure, and care spaces, the enhancement of workers' capabilities and treatment, and the development and implementation of customized vocational training programs for each generation, stage, and beneficiaries.
