Research
This research examines the gender perspective in career support programs offered by universities in Jeju. Through in-depth interviews with female college students, young female graduates, and field experts, the research evaluates their gender equality education experiences, career program experiences, and their policy needs. The findings underscore the importance of incorporating a gender-aware perspective in university career support programs, expanding support to graduates, and designing career development programs that consider the life cycle of female university students. The research presents 11 policy tasks across three areas to address these concerns.
