Despite the growing significance of women farmers in Jeju's agriculture, their overall quality of life remains poor. Furthermore, with the agricultural population undergoing a gradual decline and aging, the effect of broad and universal policies is constrained. This research explores the current circumstances and policy needs of women farmers in Jeju across different age groups- youth, middle-aged, and elderly farmers. By identifying their unique characteristics, the research proposes targeted policy measures tailored to each generation to enhance conditions for sustainable agricultural management.
