Research

In an effort to address potential gaps in the after-school care of elementary school children and ensure the effective implementation of government policies at the local level, this research examined the operations of institutions. The findings led to several recommendations: establishing a legal and institutional framework for the after-school care system, implementing a village care linkage system to enhance spatial and temporal connectivity, creating a cooperative network for elementary after-school care, boosting activities of a council to oversee the system, and enhancing the expertise of care workers.
