Research

This research engaged in in-depth interviews with female freelancers operating in the culture, tourism, and education sectors in Jeju. Additionally, focus group interviews with experts in these fields were conducted to explore various aspects including their entry into freelancing, education and training experiences, work content and methods, their financial conditions, job security, freelance status by sector, and policy needs. Based on these insights, proposed tasks include establishing social safeguards, conducting a comprehensive survey, developing a plan, creating a freelance support platform, and enhancing support for education and training.
