This research examines measures to boost employment opportunities for women with disabilities as well as the recruitment needs and policy needs of employers in Jeju. The analysis involves a reevaluation of the original data from the 「2018 Survey of Economic Activities of Persons with Disabilities」 and the 「2018 Survey on the Employment Status of Persons with Disabilities in Business」, conducted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor and the Korea Employment Agency for Persons with Disabilities. Additionally, in-depth interviews with 20 women with disabilities and their employers were conducted. Based on the findings, the research recommends establishing and reinforcing infrastructure to support employment for women with disabilities, creating training programs to enhance the vocational skills of women with disabilities, expanding awareness programs related to people with disabilities in the province, strengthening the identification and promotion of new and diverse employment opportunities, and enhancing institutional support for women with disabilities to increase their employment opportunities.
