This research aims to provide information, formulate guidelines for the effective implementation of family-friendly management, and propose policy tasks essential for fostering an organizational culture that values work-life balance within small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Jeju, promoting family-friendly management practices. The guideline (titled 'Development of Guidelines for Family-Friendly Management of SMEs in Jeju') consists of three parts: family-friendly management guidelines, implementation guidelines, and best practices. This format is designed to facilitate accessibility and use by Jeju business practitioners.
