This research aimed to explore ways to create jobs for women within the social economy sector in Jeju. The research methodology comprised a survey involving representatives from social economy organizations (173 people), case studies of 7 social economy organizations highly associated with women's employment, and focused group interviews (FGIs) with 18 stakeholders in the social economy. Policy tasks include promoting and supporting women's entrepreneurship in the social economy, creating a Jeju-specific model for women's job creation in this sector, and providing support to social economy organizations actively contributing to women's employment.
