This research proposes improvements and support measures for maternal and newborn healthcare programs in Jeju based on the usage patterns and opinions from related workers and users. The recommendations include strengthening the capacity and treatment quality of healthcare workers through incentive systems to improve quality of the services, supporting co-payments to enhance usage rates and providing financial support for additional services for family care, providing transportation support for healthcare workers to enhance service accessibility in towns and villages, and strengthening publicity efforts through hospitals and community centers.
