This research aims to assess the current activities of women's organizations and propose measures for enhancing gender equality capacities based on a survey of organizational activists' needs. Following the research, proposals were made. These proposals include a step-by-step plan to strengthen the gender equality capacities of women's organizations, diversifying the articles of association and business contents of women's councils, providing a shared space to foster self-sustainability of women's organizations, offering administrative capacity-building training for project implementation, and fostering solidarity and activating networks among organizations to promote gender equality activities. Additional measures include enhancing communication between generations to realize gender equality and establishing a long-term plan for nurturing gender activists in the 20-30 age group.
