This research concentrates on the vicinity around Tamra Culture Plaza, identified as a gathering place for prostitution, to assess the actual situation of such locations and develop a plan to support the self-reliance of women involved while creating women-friendly spaces based on residents' perspectives. The research proposes strengthening efforts to support the exit from prostitution and promote self-sufficiency through the enactment of ordinances, operating permanent programs at Tamra Culture Plaza and Buksugu Plaza to create women-friendly spaces, developing cultural content linked to women's historical resources in the Sanjicheon Stream area, establishing a gender governance hub space, installing public facilities for resident participation, and fostering collaboration with related organizations with control towers for this purpose.
