This research aims to assess the current state of the beauty service industry, expected to continue to grow in Jeju with significant employment and value-added effects and suggest measures to revitalize women's employment in this industry. The analysis underscores the need for alternatives to address its limited scale, raising and improving awareness of the beauty service industry, establishing industry-accepted certification standards, introducing a beauty service business certification system, creating a legal framework related to the beauty service industry, promoting beauty fairs and contests, and making job creation efforts.
