The purpose of this research is the development of a training program designed to enhance gender awareness among public sector employees, enabling them to formulate and implement policies from a gender equality perspective. The program's content includes diverse cognitive training sessions for gender sensitivity, aligning with the operational guidelines for integrated education. It covers topics such as gender diversity, distinguishing between differences and discrimination, challenging conventional perceptions, and analyzing issues related to gender-based violence.
