This research aimed to identify the job desire of young women and suggest support measures by examining their job preparation processes and search activities. A survey involved 500 young women aged 19-34 (students, employees, job seekers, etc.), supplemented by interviews with 20 young women. Recommendations from the findings include expanding gender perspectives in the implementation of youth job-related policies, enhancing support for young women's empowerment, promoting group activities and networks for young women, strengthening supervision against gender discrimination in workplaces, fostering a family-friendly corporate culture, and expanding the promotion of job-related organizations while refining their programs.
