Many local municipalities including Jeju have implemented work-life balance policies to achieve harmony between work and life of their residents. In this regard, this research analyzed the current situation of Jeju regarding the establishment of a comprehensive service platform for work-life balance, which was one of the pledges made by the 8th elected provincial government of Jeju, and suggested ways to set up and operate such a platform.
