This research conducted a survey on 400 women-led businesses and a focus group interview with 9 women CEOs, and comprehensively identified women entrepreneurs' challenges in running their businesses as well as the characteristics and disadvantages experienced by women entrepreneurs, and their requests regarding how to enhance their competitiveness. Based on the survey results, this research proposed tasks such as ① strengthening and expanding the intermediate organizations that support women-led businesses, ② providing diverse business-related information and consulting support ③ supporting women entrepreneurs' network, ④ supporting the work-life balance of women entrepreneurs, ⑤ supporting women businesses that are growing with favorable long-term prospect.
