In line with the government's "4th Basic Plan for Promotion of Women's Economic Activities and Prevention of Career Disruption (2025-2029)", this study aims to propose vocational education and training to support women's sustainable economic activities in Jeju and strengthen the function of the Women's New Work Center. Currently, the policy to promote women's economic activities is required to expand the scope of support to all women, and the Women's New Work Center is required to establish itself as a key institution to support women's employment and start-ups in the region by expanding cooperation with local job agencies. In this study, the government comprehensively analyzes Jeju's industrial structure, women's economic activity characteristics, employment policy and corporate demand analysis, and the performance of the Saeil Center, and proposes three policy tasks and 12 detailed tasks as a way to strengthen the function of the Women's New Work Center to strengthen Jeju women's professional capabilities
