This study analyzes the current status of digital jobs for women in Jeju through industrial structure analysis and statistical forecasting (ARIMA and mixed-effects model analysis) to ensure sustainable and stable economic activities for women in Jeju in the era of digital transformation. Furthermore, by conducting an on-site survey of Jeju residents and expert interviews, we identified Jeju women's awareness and needs for the digital industry, as well as their policy demands. Based on the survey results, we propose the development of a "Jeju-style flexible work system model" to strengthen support for work-life balance by discovering differentiated occupations such as AR/VR tourism content developers and Jeju dialect AI experts by combining local specialized industries with digital technologies. Additionally, it was proposed that Jeju develop into a hub for Asian female digital talent by enacting the ‘Jeju Women’s Digital Economy Promotion Ordinance,’ establishing an innovation committee, and strengthening international cooperation.
