This study comprehensively analyzes and assesses the use of gender statistics in the “Analysis of Gender Characteristics in the Policy Environment” section of gender impact assessment reports for 182 projects conducted by Jeju Special Self-Governing Province in 2025. It identifies and proposes gender statistics and indicators that enable a systematic analysis of gender characteristics and differences across eight types of projects and presents seven key measures to strengthen the use of gender statistics.
