Jeju, a 15-minute city that the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province is promoting as a key pledge project for the 8th popular election, aims to "practice balanced regional growth by strengthening local living services and improving access to walking and public transportation," so it is closely related to the goal of "building women's capacity, caring and safety" of women-friendly cities and needs to be examined from the perspective of women-friendly cities. This study aims to review the current status of women-friendly city policies, derive contact points and linkage plans by analyzing the vision, goals, and strategic tasks of women-friendly cities and 15-minute cities, and to explore the direction and tasks of creating a women-friendly 15-minute city.
