As the employment rate of women in Jeju is lower than that of men, and the proportion of career-interrupted women is 9.9% as of 2022, this study attempted to suggest support measures by examining the current status of career-interrupted women in Jeju and their job needs. In response, it proposed tasks such as ① work-life balance support for SMEs with less than 10 employees, ② education infrastructure support for women's new work centers, and ③ education support such as women's start-ups and freelancers.
