In order to find a way to achieve work-life balance for workers through companies, this study examined the current status and performance of Jeju family-friendly certified companies and suggested support plans. Accordingly, tasks such as ① advance promotion and consulting related to family-friendly certification, ② support for screening costs for new certification, and ③ support for the operation of the work-life balance system for small and medium-sized family-friendly certified companies were proposed.
