This study analyzes the raw data from the 「2023 Comprehensive Survey on Children」, conducted by the Ministry of Health and Welfare, to identify the current status of children in the Jeju region in terms of their awareness of children's rights, the necessity of participation, and their level of engagement. Based on the findings, the study proposes policy measure for the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province, including strengthening education and public awareness of the Convention on the Rights of the Child and its four fundamental principls; addressing gender disparities in children's experiences of rights(human rights) education; and promoting children's participation in policymaking by expanding both online and offline opportunities for engagement.
