This study analyzed the legal and organizational foundations for implementing gender impact assessments in the Jeju region, as well as related performance outcomes, consulting, and educational support activities, with the aim of identifying strategies to strengthen their operation following the launch of the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family. Based on the findings, the report presents four key future tasks: strengthening responses strategies to changes in the government's gender mainstreaming policies; enhancing tailored support roles for different implementing bodies; expanding research on in-depth consulting; and stabilizing organizational staffing.
