In order to come up with measures to strengthen the right to health and safety of children in Jeju due to changes in the climate crisis such as extreme weather, major discussions were analyzed by dividing the impact of climate change on children's rights and ways to realize children's rights in response to the climate crisis through related domestic and foreign studies. Based on the analysis, the analysis framework was derived by strengthening the right to life and health, strengthening the right to protection, strengthening the right to participate, and strengthening the right to development, and diagnosing children-related projects in Jeju Special Self-Governing Province. Based on the results of the study, it proposed strengthening children's right to participate in the climate crisis policy of Jeju Special Self-Governing Province, conducting a survey on the status of children of vulnerable groups related to disasters and disasters, developing child protection services for climate change, and education on children's rights for related departments and environmental experts.
