Recently, social interest in adolescent parents raising children has been increasing. In particular, reflecting the reality of Jeju Special Self-Governing Province, where there are many youth couples between the ages of 20 and 24, the government analyzed the problems of policies related to youth parents from the perspective of the family life cycle considering their adolescent development tasks and proposed considerations when implementing youth policies so that the parents of youth aged 19 and 24 can continue to become young people who can raise their children
