This study aims to propose effective operational strategies for the newly established Jeju Metropolitan Childcare Support Center. It reviews the legal and institutional basis, implementation structure, and key functions of the center, and analyzes the current status of childcare services in the Jeju region. Based on the findings, the study suggests: establishing a legal foundation through ordinance enactment, strengthening the organization to enhance professional capacity, implementing systematic caregiver supply management based on service use analysis,  building a cooperative care network, and expanding the childcare service delivery system.
