This study reanalyzes raw data from the 2022 Jeju Residents’ Employment Perception Survey to examine gender differences in desired jobs among Jeju youth. Based on the findings, the study recommends that youth job training and employment support programs consider gender and age differences. It also emphasizes the need to improve working conditions to enable young people to actively participate in the labor market.
